Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Danger zone → "Delete my account". It permanently removes your profile, saved cards, uploaded images, and any billing history. Cancel your subscription first.
I subscribed but unlimited didn't activate.
Sign out and back in — that forces the subscription state to re-sync from RevenueCat. If unlimited still doesn't activate within ~5 minutes, email us with your order ID from Stripe (web) or the App Store / Google Play (mobile).
Are you affiliated with PSA / BGS / CGC / TAG?
No. The grade estimates we display are calculated from published centering rubrics and are informational only. Each grading company makes its own judgment on the physical card.
Do you train AI on my card images?
No. Uploaded photos are used only to produce your measurement. We don't feed them into training pipelines and we don't share them with anyone outside the strictly necessary model-provider calls described in our Privacy Policy.
