MidpointCard Centering Grading Portfolio App

Is it worth grading Reserved List cards that are played, not mint?

I have a few Reserved List cards from the mid-90s that are lightly to moderately played. They're never going to be 9s. Everything I read about grading assumes you're chasing a 10. Is there any point slabbing a card that's going to come back a 5 or a 6, or should I just sell them raw with good photos?
